Subscription management

Farmier provides subscription-based hosting for farmOS. If you have an individual subscription, you can pay for it by saving a card in your “Farmier hosting control panel” within farmOS.

If you have hosting through a group or organization, check with them to see if you need to pay individually, or if they are covering the billing as a group.

To get to your Farmier hosting control panel:

  1. Log into your farmOS (eg: https://myfarm.farmos.net)
  2. Click on “Hosting” in the top right (eg: https://myfarm.farmos.net/hosting)

If you aren’t sure what the URL of your farmOS is, contact us.

Adding payment information

If you are activating your subscription for the first time, you can add payment information as follows:

  1. Go to your Farmier hosting control panel (see above).
  2. Click the “Add card” button to add your card information.

Depending on your subscription type, your card may be charged immediately, or at the end of your trial period. If you have any questions, contact us.

Updating payment information

If you received a notification that your renewal failed, or that your card is expiring, you can update your payment information as follows:

  1. Go to your Farmier hosting control panel (see above).
  2. Click the “remove” link next to your saved card.
  3. Click the “Add card” button to add your new card information.

Your card will be charged immediately, and your subscription status will be updated accordingly. If you have any questions, contact us.
